Couples Intensives

For couples really struggling with their relationship or who want to move things forward quickly, Couples Intensives fit a month or more of therapy into 1, 2, or 3 days. Couples Sessions are 1.5 hours or longer at $150/hour.

Mediation between adult family members

For adult family members who are struggling relationally and want connection, I offer mediation as a package. Please contact me for more information.

Q Background

I was involved in Nonviolent Communication (NVC or Compassionate Communication) trainings for many years, using NVC as a counseling approach before training as a psychotherapist. During my pychotherapy training, I spent over two years as a psychotherapist intern at an eating disorder clinic in Auckland. Upon moving to Hawke's Bay in 2021, I volunteered as a counsellor at the Heretaunga Women's Centre and continued my private practice online and in person. Originally from California, I moved to New Zealand in 2006, living in Tauranga and Auckland before moving to Napier. Let me know how you would like to be contacted (phone, text, email). I look forward to hearing from you.
