Romesha is a registered Clinical Psychologist trained at Victoria University of Wellington, with a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological practice across children, adolescents, and adults. She brings clinical experience from a range of settings, including private practice and university-based clinics, where she has worked with diverse presentations and client groups.
Romesha has experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments. She has worked with a wide range of mental health concerns, including neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, as well as anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, trauma-related difficulties, and phobias.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is experienced in developing and adapting treatment plans to meet individual client needs, including delivering interventions such as behavioural exposure and structured anxiety programmes.
