Shared Space Available in Takapuna

The space can be used for talk therapy (counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists), alternative/holistic therapy, or massage therapy. I have a massage table on-site that can be used or tucked away.

I am looking for someone to sub-lease all 3 days (please do not enquire if you are looking to lease 1 or 2 days).

• Bathroom on-site
• Kitchen on-site
• Reception area at entry of the building
• (1) Assigned parking space in front of building
• Roller blinds for privacy
• Fully furnished

Office is located conveniently across from Smales Farm. Additional $2.50 per hour parking is close by.

Available: Room available 3 days per week (with some flexibility toward assigned days of the week).

Cost: $60 per day + GST
