Professional Counselling You Can Trust

I am a compassionate and dedicated counsellor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges.

I’m deeply relational and compassionate and draw on my extensive lived experiences. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a deep commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients.

I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, and personal growth, tailoring my methods to suit each individual’s unique journey. My goal is to empower you to find clarity, resilience, and strength within yourself. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, working towards meaningful solutions and lasting change. I am here to support you every step of the way.

I am a professionally trained, registered Person-Centred and Narrative Therapy counsellor. My approach values and places integrity, authenticity and honesty as top priorities. I use a holistic approach in my work, providing a safe, confidential environment which encourages clients to slowly acknowledge comfortable, and less comfortable, emotions thus opening the way to do their work on healing and restoration.

Feel heard, understood, and supported

I work with Teens (16+) and Adults.

Some difficulties I have helped clients with are:

  • abuse or neglect
  • adverse childhood experiences
  • anger management
  • anxiety
  • bereavement and loss
  • chronic illness
