We work together to explore the patterns, feelings, and stories that shape your experiences—discovering what serves you well and what might be holding you back. I help you develop tools to manage emotions, break unhelpful cycles, and respond to stress, conflict, or difficult feelings in healthier ways.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and values, so you can approach life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. Whether you’re looking for better coping skills, stronger relationships, or simply a space to be heard, I walk alongside you as you work toward growth and change.
I offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space for people of all backgrounds. My Christian faith guides who I am, and I’m happy to include faith or spirituality in our sessions if that feels meaningful to you.
