Are you looking for a space to talk about what’s going on in your life? Somewhere supportive, warm and non-judgemental?
Let’s set up a time to talk.
I’m Sophie, an experienced counsellor working with both adolescents and adults through a wide range of life’s challenges.
We all go through periods in life where it helps to talk things through with someone neutral — someone outside the situation who can offer insight and support. Counselling is a space to be heard, to learn new skills, and to create positive change.
I offer sessions online and by phone.
I work from a person centred approach. In simple terms, this means the focus is on you – your pace, your goals, your way of understanding things. I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and adapt them to fit what works best for you and your situation, rather than applying a one size fits all method.
My role isn’t to tell you how to fix things, but to work alongside you as you find your own way forward – helping you unpack what’s brought you to counselling and move toward the goals that matter to you.
I create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to talk openly. It’s not my place to judge – it’s my place to listen, support and understand.
I have worked in the mental health space for the past 5 years, supporting adolescents and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns.
