Counselling services for adults, teens and children

Counselling offers a calm, supportive space to pause and reflect, a place where you can be heard and understood without judgement. I see counselling as a journey we take together, one that honours your story, your pace, and your strengths.

Life brings both the light and the heavy moments, and sometimes it helps to have someone walk alongside you as you make sense of it all. Together, we can explore what’s happening in your world and find ways to bring balance, clarity, and renewed energy.

Being a mother to two neurodiverse children I bring this ‘working knowledge’ with me to my practice. I also identify as someone whose brain works differently to the norm. I have learnt to value this difference and work with it not against it, but it has been a challenge for which now I am very grateful. Let me help you to feel the same or walk alongside you on your journey if this is something you struggle with.

When working with children i ask that the parent or care giver stays for the first counselling session so we can unpack what your perspective is on the situation. Online sessions are for adults and teens only.

I offer a free 15 minute chat (by phone or online) to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
