Experience

I have a Master’s degree in Counselling and more than 20 years of work experience. During therapy I apply different effective and proven modalities including Client-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindful Somatic Approach, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt techniques, and others. As I lived overseas in different countries before immigrating to NZ in 2002, I understand and implement the dynamics and systems of individualistic and collective cultures. My aim is to provide you with personalized practical experience which will suit and meet your individual needs.
