My name is Tanima Rahman, and my focus at Feeling and Healing is centered around offering quality counselling to all who seek it and removing cultural and/or language barriers for anyone in search of support in a safe and confidential environment. I am able to provide counselling services online to clients in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu, and understand the importance of offering a culturally sensitive, holistic approach to helping you navigate any personal challenges you wish to explore, be it Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Grief. I also offer Pranic Healing which is a holistic approach to healing our interconnected body, mind and spirit. Pranic Healing is a widely known complementary alternative treatment based on non-touch energy balancing protocols. It is a well-established and tested system of energy treatment that employs “prana” (the Sanskrit word for life force) to rebalance, harmonise, transform and strengthen the body’s energy fields. Through Pranic Healing one can heal physical problems like headaches, migraines, stomach pain, gas pain, etc, and emotional and psychological imbalances such as anxiety, depression and stress. Pranic Healing is not contradictory to mainstream medicinal treatments and doesn’t interfere with any other therapies.
