I have an office/consulting room to let in my Porirua Clinical Psychology practice.

I am ideally looking for a Clinical Psychologist to take it full time but am open to other health related professions and part time options.

Fully sound insulated and has been renovated over the past 2 months.

Parking may be available on application (at an additional cost).

Cost:

• $950 (excl) per month unfurnished
• $990 (excl) per month fully furnished
• The rent includes power, internet, and basic office supplies (incl. tea and coffee).
