Furnished therapy rooms for daily rental in Glen Eden

You are invited to join our team of counsellors and psychotherapists at Clayburn House,  located close to shopping and community amenities only two minutes’ walk from Glen Eden train station.

Bathroom and kitchen facilities, and a waiting room, are shared with other therapists. The building is set off the road in a pleasant green space with a relaxing ambience. There is also access to an outdoor deck area with seating available.

Therapists are provided with their own keys to the building and to their therapy room, giving them unrestricted access at any time during their chosen day or days.

Off-street parking for both therapists and clients is available at no charge.

All utilities and other costs are covered by the landlord (building insurance, WiFi, landline, electricity, water, rubbish collection, cleaning of therapy room, shared areas and indoor and outdoor maintenance).

ROOM ONE:

The room (approx. 12 sq m) is already furnished with quality furniture and fittings. These include a sand tray accompanying sand ornaments and other items should these be required. Windows open to the garden area outside, allowing natural airflow.

Available: Sundays

Cost: $40 + GST per day for Sundays

ROOM TWO:

The room (approx. 14 sq m) is already furnished with quality furniture and fittings. These include a sand tray accompanying sand ornaments and other items suitable for child therapy should these be required. Windows open to the garden area outside, allowing natural airflow.

Available: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Cost: 

• $60 + GST per day for Fridays and Saturdays
• $40 + GST per day for Sundays
