Therapy Rooms for Rent – Parnell

We have four fully furnished rooms available for rent on a half-day or full-day basis. We are looking for other mental health professionals, who are registered with a professional body, to share our space.

Our offices are on the second level and set back from the road. The space is very quiet, and all offices enjoy natural light and greenery. All rooms have beautiful sash windows that open halfway providing good ventilation and include a desk.

We have a spacious shared wait space, a filing/printing room, private bathroom, and a large kitchen with storage space for personal items. The wait space has heat pump which serves the whole office.

Rates:

• $70 +GST – half day (4 hours)
• $120 +GST – full day
• This includes room rent, power, water, unlimited WiFi, printing/scanning/copying facilities, basic kitchen and bathroom supplies

Availability: 

Room 1 – Wednesday
Room 2 – Tuesday
Room 3 – Tuesday
Room 4 – Monday AM, Friday

All rooms are available in the weekends.
