Counselling Approach

My training is in psychosynthesis counselling, a holistic approach often described as being gentle yet powerful. It includes addressing day to day issues as well as being open to what may be emerging. I also draw on other approaches where I feel this is helpful.

I work alongside to gently support and guide exploration into what might be getting in the way, to integrate your experience, to build support and to develop capacity for moving in the direction you choose.

Background and Experience

I am currently working in private practice, offering individual counselling for adults and am committed to my continued professional growth.

Prior to qualifying as a psychosynthesis counsellor in 2018, I have had the privilege of working with people in various roles over three decades, including as an occupational therapist working with people and families affected by a range challenges. I am interested in developmental and learning differences, education, well-ness, relationships and building community.
