I am an experienced, mature therapist, with a Masters of Counselling and a Bachelor of Education from The University of Auckland. I offer online and in-person sessions from my office in Muriwai Valley.

I love to partner with individuals who share my Christian faith, or find themselves on a faith journey. I find there is great power in combining spirit, mind and body in the therapeutic experience.

Faith-Based Counselling Available
As a Christian counsellor, I’m glad to offer therapy that gently integrates your faith.

What can you expect in a faith-based session?

• Prayer before, during, or after a session (if you’d like)
• Space to listen for what God might be saying in your situation
• Support to draw on your faith as a source of hope, peace, and trust
• A safe, compassionate place to explore doubts, spiritual struggles, or experiences of religious harm
