Rebalancing Life Counselling

Kia ora,

I have been living in the Waikato for over 20 years, counselling since 2013 and have a passion for supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges and difficulties.

My way of working is to explore with people what it is that is creating issues and then supporting you in finding a way forward which works for you. Counselling is a confidential place, personalised for you.

Supporting people navigating difficulties such as:

  • Relationships whether that be with a partner, family member or work related issues.
  • Loneliness/Self esteem/Self confidence
  • Coping with change
  • Assertiveness
  • Stress
  • Chronic Pain conditions
  • Grief and loss including pets
  • Life Changes

I work with:

  • Youth 12 years and up
  • Adults of all ages

Visit my website for more information and or the New Zealand Association of Counsellors where you will find detail about the different types of therapies and answers to other questions people have about counselling.

My Approach

I have an integrative style of therapy. This means I offer and or combine different approaches depending on the person I am meeting with, counselling is personalised to fit with you. Some of the different styles I integrate are Solution Focused, Compassion Focused, Cognitive Behavioural and Narrative Therapies alongside Person Centered therapy.

About Me

I have been counselling since 2013, working with many and varied issues that people face in their day to day living. I invite and welcome people to contact me to chat and get an idea of who I am, to ask any questions about what I do and how I work.
