As a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore their concerns and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with themselves and their partners. My expertise spans a wide range of sexual health issues, including intimacy, desire, and communication difficulties.

I can help you with:

  • Relationship Challenges and Intimacy Issues: Building healthy relationships and improving intimacy
  • Sexual Concerns and Abuse: Providing a safe space to explore and address sexual concerns and trauma
  • Trauma and Attachment Issues: Helping clients work through trauma and attachment issues
  • Building Healthy Relationships and Communication: Strengthening relationships through effective communication
  • Exploring and Understanding Your Sexuality: Supporting clients in discovering their sexuality

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • Manaakitanga: A commitment to respect and empathy in every interaction
  • Collaboration: Working together to find solutions that work for you, at your pace
  • Inclusive and Respectful Support: Honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and our shared humanity

My approach prioritizes whakapapa, whanaungatanga, and hauora, acknowledging the interconnectedness of our well-being and relationships. I’m committed to providing culturally sensitive and respectful support, surrounded by manaakitanga. Currently, I’m enhancing my skills with Sex Therapy New Zealand to offer holistic support.
