Wellhub – Serviced Offices for Therapists

WellHub is a modern social floor that comprises 7 rooms based in Central Wellington. Our floor includes counsellors, clinical and registered psychologists, social workers – and we welcome other registered health professionals to complement the floor.  

Our rooms are warm, and private, have fresh air and natural light, and are quiet. We have a shared waiting room and bathroom facilities. Our practitioners are collaborative and collegial, giving the feel of a workplace rather than working in isolation. The lease price includes Printer/scanner and printing expenses, Wi-fi, document destruction, cleaning, heating, and kitchen supplies. 

We are a social floor and enjoy catching up for a drink or nibbles every few months and for an end-of-year Christmas dinner.

• Therapy Consulting Room Available from 1 March

  A rare opportunity has become available to lease a full consulting room in our established therapy premises, as one of our long-term tenants moves on.

  This quiet, private room is well-suited to therapists, counsellors, psychologists, and other allied health professionals. With no external windows, the space offers excellent sound containment and privacy, making it particularly suitable for assessments, telehealth work, or clinicians who wish to share the room. Day Lease Availability:

• Full day lease options on Monday’s and Thursday are available in a shared furnished office (4-month and 12-month lease options available)
• Minimum one full fixed day for 4-month term (no one-off use, half-day or hourly rate availability, unfortunately)
