I have been a full member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors since 2000. During this time, I have worked in private practice, been a provider for the Western Bay of Plenty Primary Health Organisation, and run post-natal support groups for women struggling with post-natal depression and anxiety.
I work predominantly with adults experiencing a range of issues, and I use a variety of different modalities to help people improve their wellbeing and quality of life. I complete regular professional development and attend seminars to further my knowledge and scope of practice.
I am especially passionate about helping people develop skills in mindfulness, breathwork and implementing simple lifestyle practices to improve overall health and well-being. I have significant experience and enjoy working with women post-natally during what can be a difficult adjustment period for many.
Hour long sessions typically cost $90. However, I make adjustments based on financial situation on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, I do online consults with clients anywhere in New Zealand.
Typically 1 hour, but I am happy to accomodate those who wish to do shorter or longer sessions.
