Kia ora! I’m Zoe, a counsellor offering therapy in Mt Wellington, alongside online sessions across Aotearoa. I support adults and teens navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship issues, grief, loss, neurodivergence, and life direction or “stuckness”.
I offer a safe, grounded space where you can show up as your unique and authentic self without pressure or judgement. I’m naturally curious and committed to understanding people deeply – being truly heard can be a powerful experience, especially if feeling misunderstood has been a painful part of your story.
I work alongside you rather than taking an “expert” role; I won’t tell you what to do, or how things “should” be. We figure things out together, at your pace, blending your self-knowledge with my therapy structure and tools. I’ll help you tap into your existing strengths and find direction. You know yourself better than anyone, you’re the expert on you 🙂
I understand that seeking help can take courage, and booking a full session can feel daunting, so I like to start small. I offer a free 15‑minute video or phone chat. This isn’t a therapy session, just a low-pressure chance to connect, see how it feels to talk to me, ask questions that matter to you, and decide if working together feels comfortable and right for you. If this sounds ideal, please feel free to flick me a message and we can set up a time to chat.
