Auckland Counselling for Couples and Individuals
Welcome!
Thank you for taking the time to read through my bio.
I am a counsellor who works with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing. I aim to create a grounded, compassionate space where people feel safe to talk honestly about what is going on in their lives.
A large part of my work focuses on relationships. I support individuals and couples who may be experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, separation, or the impact that addiction and other life stressors can have on connection. Together we explore the patterns that may be keeping things stuck and work towards building healthier ways of relating to ourselves and the people around us.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience into the work that I do. Having experienced both marriage and divorce, I understand how complex relationships can be and how vulnerable it can feel to ask for support. I believe this perspective helps me meet clients with empathy, honesty, and without judgement.
My approach is collaborative and respectful of each person’s story. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and supported to make choices that align with their values.
I currently work with adults and couples seeking support with relationship challenges, life stress, personal growth, and recovery from substance use.
